Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

We deliver using Direct Freight and Australia Post. Shipping costs will be calculated and confirmed with your order.

Delivery Timeframe

• Metro Areas: 1-3 business days
• Regional Areas: 3-7 business days
• Interstate or Remote Areas: Estimated delivery times will be advised upon dispatch

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided once the order is dispatched.

Delivery Terms

• All shipments are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL) unless specified otherwise.

Wholesale Orders

For wholesale orders, shipping arrangements can be discussed with your account manager.

Pick-up Option

Pick-up from our Melbourne warehouse is available upon request.
